Hi, I'm Kimberly. I'm known as "DC's Toughest Trainer" because I take NO EXCUSES in my quest to help real people achieve their fitness goals. And I am a firm believer that deep down, everyone is competitive...

That is why I am issuing a "March Fitness Challenge" open to all WOMEN who want to change the way they look and feel! I know that after the month of January, those New Year's Resolutions start to fade. This challenge will keep you motivated and put your fitness goals back on the top of your to-do list!
DO YOU WANT TO BE THE BIGGEST LOSER? I want to motivate as many women as possible to get in the best shape of their lives! Here's the deal...
During the month of March. I want YOU to work harder than YOU ever have before. Most of us have different fitness goals. This challenge is for those wanting to shed those unwanted pounds. So what do you get for working your butt off in March?

The TRX, as seen on the Biggest Loser, makes your body the machine! Train in your home, outside, in your hotel--Fitness Anywhere! This is total portable gym allowing you to do more than 400 exercises!
What do you have to lose, besides extra pounds and inches?
The March Fitness Challenge is designed to get you to incorporate tried and true fitness strategies to help you lose weight and live a healthier life! I will be your guide--coaching you on a weekly basis, with accompanying weekly challenges to keep you on your toes!

OFFICIAL RULES FOR TAKING THIS CHALLENGE
1. The Challenge runs from March 1 - March 31, 2010. The Challenge is open to women only. The Challenge is limited to 30 women, but a minimum of 15 registrants are required for the Challenge to begin. Forward this page to your friends and let them know about this great opportunity to lose big...together!
2. WEEKLY WEIGH INS ARE REQUIRED: Each weekly weigh-in must include a picture of your feet on a digital scale, along with a piece of paper with the date written on it. Numbers on the scale (or Wii screen) need to be easily visible. If your photo device has a time stamp, no need for paper verification. The prizes are real, so your weigh-ins should be too!
3. Every Monday by 12pm EST, your weight must be posted in the Weigh-in Forum by posting a comment with a picture of your feet on a digital scale. The final weigh-in will be conducted on March 31st and must be posted by 12:00pm EST on March 31, 2010
4. If you miss a weigh-in, you will be disqualified from winning the challenge. It's only a four-week competition, so you have to weigh-in every week to be eligible to win!
5. The winner is the person who loses the most weight - down to the decimal point! In the case of a statistical tie, the person with the highest total percentage of body weight loss will win. This is figured by dividing number of pounds lost by the starting weight, then multiplying by 100. For example: 40 lbs lost /330 total weight x 100 = 12.12%
6. Prize(s) will be awarded one week after contest ends (April 7, 2010)
7. Confidentiality: As a rule, the March Fitness Challenge is a safe space for women who want to work together to achieve their fitness goals. What happens here, stays here. If you cannot commit to that, then this network is not for you.
8. There will be no refunds after submitting payment for The Challenge unless the minimum registration numbers are not reached. In the event that at least 15 people do not register by the start date, refunds will be issued the week of March 3, 2010.
